
Before you take the leap, make sure you have set up boundaries and rules. Who is going to pay what and who will clean/care for what, etc. Going from living alone to with someone can be frightening. All of your alone time is suddenly gone. You can no longer come and go as you please without someone seeing what your up to.
To make it work, make sure you set up alone time where you can decompress and enjoy being ALONE! It is healthy for any relationship. Everyone needs their space. Watch tv in another room, sit and do work in your office, take a bath and relax. Read a book in bed. These are little ways to escape the too much togetherness syndrome. Good luck!
