So you are divorced? Where can you meet other single people? I like the idea of a charity event. This way if you leave and dont meet someone, at least you have done a good deed. There are tons of 'Balls'....the heart ball, fur ball, Historic Downtown Gala, etc.
Or take a class, a shag/tango/salsa dancing class. Learn to play tennis then get on a rotating beginners league. Cooking classes are always great b/c you are meeting someone adventurous in the area of cuisine. Whatever your interested in learning more about, dive in! It Really could be a Learning Experience!
